We can also provide training, support you in communicating your strategy to funders, and help you review progress over time.
Members also have access to our policy library, which includes resources on strategic and business planning, succession planning, trustee recruitment, and collaboration, everything you need to support good strategic thinking between sessions.
Our fees
A full in-person day of strategy facilitation and training is in the region of £850+VAT, and can be tailored to your charity's size, stage, and priorities. We also offer membership options that include access to strategy resources, briefing papers, and our helpline, starting from as little as £12 per month.
