Charity set-up
We provide Charity registration, specialising in CIOs and conversions. We can also provide support with constitution amendments and other start-up advice and support. Get in touch to chat through your situation.

Gift Aid
Trust Advice has been helping charities with their Gift Aid claims for almost two decades. We can also help you with historical gifts that you haven't been claiming - you can claim up to four previous years.

Governance Advice
The complexities of running a charity sometimes call for some outside support. If you're facing challenges or opportunities, our understanding of the relevant governance aspects will prove invaluable.
We understand that sometimes you'd like to know more about our fees before getting in touch - and we prefer to be transparent!
> Setting up a new charity, or making changes to an existing one
We like to keep things as simple for you as possible, without hidden costs and expensive lawyers fees. To set up a CIO, we charge between £1050 and £1250 depending on a few things. We also have discounts for members and other options, so get in touch for a more specific quote.
> Membership options
See the membership page for more details, but access to our 0800 helpline, extensive policy library, briefing papers, training and more can be found for as little as £12 per month.
> Trustee Training
On-demand training starts at only £24 and places on live Zoom-based training are usually around £70 for a 2 hour session. Our bespoke training days are around £600 - £900 based on how long you need us for, topics and other factors. Again, members get discounts!
> Policy library & development
Access to our policy template library can be gained through a low cost annual fee of just £72, or through any of our membership levels. More unusual or detailed policy development work is charged by the hour and most policies can be created within 1-3 hours.
> Strategy training and support
We have a range of options to help with this but a full day of strategy facilitation and training would be in the region of £850, including prep and post-training support.
> Governance advice
We can support many of your questions through our Governance Helpline, which Connect and Insight members have access to. Beyond that, we have differing levels of advice available and can quote a more specific figure for you. We are always happy to chat about your needs beforehand without charge!
> Gift Aid services
Members get access to the cheapest fees in the UK, at only 2%, with no other registration or setup costs. All new charities using our services for the first time get a free Gift Aid Review.
> Trustee Away Days
We love to facilitate these important days for charities and can support these throughout the UK. Most facilitation is between £800-£900 for a full day where training elements will also be included. More options can be built in and multiple day events can also be arranged.
Over our 25 year history we have always sought to find ways to support every size of charity. We provide this fee summary to help you make an informed decision about the right steps for your organisation. There are very few providers that will be so transparent. Most of our team have been on your side of the table as trustees, many still are, and we understand that costs play a part in every decision.
